Modern 2-room apartment, which is located on the 4th floor (without elevator) in the Stadtfeld-Ost district, close to the center (15 minutes on foot, 6 minutes by car or tram). The apartment has a comfortable "Emma One box spring bed" (140x200), a 55 inch smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. There are free public parking spaces in front of the house (note: raised curb) and the tram stop.
We are a young family who live in the suburbs of Magdeburg and would like to offer our condominium in Magdeburg to business travelers. We look forward to your stay with us.
The apartment is located in the popular “Stadtfeld Ost” district, close to the city center. The city center can be reached within 5 minutes by car or 8 minutes by bike. The main train station can be reached within 5 minutes (by bike or car) or in 10 minutes on foot. There are various shops and a tram stop in the immediate vicinity.
