The municipal swimming pool on the Müritz is approx. 800 meters away. Shops and restaurants within a radius of approx. 500 m. The vacation home is simply furnished with: Living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat screen TV), bedroom (2 single beds, upholstered couch), open kitchenette (mini oven with hob, fridge, various kitchen appliances), bathroom (modernized) with shower/WC, W-LAN, central heating. At your disposal: covered, furnished and enclosed terrace, barbecue, two bicycles, bicycle storage, parking lot and a charging station (CEE 16) for electric cars (for a fee). The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, if applicable: electricity for charging e-cars. Pets: Only one small lap dog is allowed in this property. The state-recognized spa Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District, and a climbing forest in the Kammerun Forest. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Highway access approx. 25 km.
