There is a terrace with seating area, barbecue, bicycle storage and parking space on the property. Two dogs up to a maximum height of 40 cm are allowed in this property. Lubmin is a seaside resort on the Greifswalder Bodden in a beautiful forest landscape. The Hanseatic town of Greifswald is approx. 20 km away. The town has a pier with a jetty, a modern sports center, a wide sandy beach (also nudist), bicycle and pedal boat hire, various restaurants and shops. Pony rides and horse-drawn carriage rides are possible.
