The professional holiday home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR is responsible for the rental on behalf of and for the account of the owners Haki. The Schulte-Tigges agency takes care of the entire rental process. Haki is available on site to answer questions about the flat, the check-in and tips for the surrounding area. So you can enjoy a professional service in a private atmosphere with a lot of charm. Accommodation invoices can be issued (please request). Please note that for stays of 14 days or more, we clean the apartment and change the bed linen every 7-10 days at the final cleaning price stated in the booking. This ensures that you can always use the flat in the best possible condition, even during longer stays. We will, of course, arrange the exact cleaning times with you during the day so that you are not disturbed as much as possible.

The spacious 106 m2 (1140 sf) flat is located in the south of Munich and offers space for up to 7 people in three bedrooms (recommendation 5 adults plus 2 children). There is a private lockable garage for those travelling by car. The flat is perfectly located. You can reach vibrant Munich in around half an hour and are also close to all the tourist highlights of Upper Bavaria. You can relax on the large south-west-facing terrace. The flat sleeps up to 7 people in three bedrooms and has a spacious terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the technical equipment you need, including coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, flour, vinegar and oil. We recommend travelling by car, as this way you can always reach all the tourist highlights of Upper Bavaria independently and quickly. A private, lockable garage is available for you, where you can park a normal car. The flat is located in a quiet and very safe residential area. You will find restaurants and shopping facilities within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Just a few minutes away is a local recreation area with extensive walking opportunities and a great children's playground. The entire flat is equipped with high-speed WiFi. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace and balcony. Parties are not allowed. Of course you can hold family gatherings with up to 10 people (sufficient crockery is available). Pets are not allowed.

All shops for daily needs and restaurants are located around the flat. A few days before your arrival (or earlier if you wish) you will receive a detailed guest folder by email with GPS locations and many recommendations for restaurants, walks and excursions. A private, lockable garage is available on the property. You live approx. 10 minutes from Lake Starnberg, 15 minutes by car from the beautiful spa town of Bad Tölz, 35 minutes by car from Munich's Stachus, 45 minutes by car from Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the Zugspitze, 80 minutes by car from Neuschwanstein Castle and 120 minutes by car in the opposite direction from Königssee.
