This 4-star superior hotel enjoys a scenic location on Baden’s Wine Route, between the Alsace and the Black Forest. It offers tasteful bedrooms, creative cuisine and a large spa area. The Makidan restaurant at the Ritter offers Black Forest soul food for gourmets with the daily changing four-course Makidan menu and, as a special feature, a culinary mindfulness journey for all the senses with an optional fifth course. Here, regional products from the Black Forest and Alsace merge with influences from distant countries to create sophisticated home-made creations. Courteous service and creative cuisine await you in a casual atmosphere with the aim of rediscovering classic Black Forest cuisine with all your senses. Relax in the Ritter lounge or on the terrace, where you can also enjoy meals in the summer months. The property also offers guests the option to rent classic cars for a very special experience. Hotel Ritter Durbach’s 1200 m² spa area features indoor and outdoor areas, including a rooftop spa with views of the Durbach Vineyards. It includes a fitness room, relaxation rooms with a library and fireplace, various saunas including a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a Rhassoul spa as well as an indoor pool, and a hot tub on a separate floor. We pamper dogs starting from the comfort room category and with a practical washing station. The village of Durbach is famous for its clean air, beautiful scenery, sunshine, fragrant meadows, fruit orchards and wines. Sights include the impressive Staufenberg Palace.
