Die Lage des Hofes etwas außerhalb des Dorfes (aber nah genug für alle Erledigungen) inmitten von Wiesen und Weiden und an einem Fließ ist wunderbar. Der Gastgeber ist außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich gut aufgenommen. Für Räder gibt es einen sicheren Abstellort. Der Gastgeber fährt die Gäste auch schon einmal wenn es passt ins Dorf, uns zum Bus bei der Abreise. Er ist jederzeit ansprechbar, gibt viele nützliche Tipps und erzählt von der Umgebung und aus der Geschichte des Ortes. Der Hofhund und die Katze sind zutraulich und liebeswert, es gibt Hühner und Pfaue, nebenan die Kühe auf der Weide. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, es gibt allerdings ein geräumiges Bad, aber die schöne Atmosphäre lässt einen das ganz schnell vergessen und sich sehr wohl fühlen.
