Property info

The spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor and is perfect for families or groups. The two bedrooms can accommodate a total of up to 6 people. In the first large bedroom you will find 2 queen beds and in the second room another queen bed, all 160x200cm. Thanks to cozy hotel-quality bedding and blackout blinds, nothing stands in the way of a restful night's sleep. For the very little ones we provide 2 baby cribs. Both rooms also offer a 43-inch TV including Netflix for perfect entertainment. You can store your clothes in the dresser. In the heart of the apartment, the spacious kitchen, you will miss nothing thanks to top equipment. In addition to all cooking utensils, you will find a fully automatic coffee machine and spices. At the round table with comfortable chairs you can make yourself comfortable with your fellow travelers after a long day. In the bathroom with natural light and a shower-bathtub you will find everything you need. We will provide you with fresh and soft towels during your stay, as well as a selection of toiletries and a hairdryer.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in a quiet side street in the southern part of Kassel. You are in the immediate vicinity of the Botanical Garden and the Schönfeld Park. The Auestadion with the streetcar stop of the same name is only a 10-minute walk away and the Staatspark Karlsaue, where you can go for a walk and experience a piece of the grand Kassel, is also less than 15 minutes away on foot. Near the apartment there are also several snack bars, pizzerias, and a large Edeka market. You can reach the city center by streetcar after 3 stops. The nearest streetcar stop is "Auestadion". You can reach it in about 10 minutes on foot. Parking is free of charge in the street. Unfortunately, parking is NOT allowed on the property.
