We were born in Karaganda, Alexejewka, and in Kassel, and have lived in the beautiful idyllic village of Schauenburg-Elgershausen. Information about the surroundings: The family house is situated in a very quiet location. The particular advantage is that the highway is nearby, allowing you to reach your excursion destinations quickly. Excursion destinations around Schauenburg and Bad Wilhelmshöhe, near the documenta city of Kassel! Surrounded by nature and encircled by a landscape of basalt peaks. Amidst fairytale castles and ruins. With so many beautiful excursion destinations and sights around Schauenburg and Bad Wilhelmshöhe, you certainly won't be bored. Whether you prefer hiking or cycling, the best attractions are just waiting to be discovered by you – or by the whole family. For example, there's the Wilhelmshöhe Palace, the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe with its impressive water features, the landmark Hercules, the Neptune Fountain, or the Löwenburg (about a 10-minute drive). And let's not forget, you can reach the documenta city of Kassel in about 20 minutes by car.
