SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. This completely newly built wooden house accommodates two holiday homes. You occupy the left half of the house. The house is optimally insulated, breathable, 100% natural and has underfloor heating. The house is luxurious and furnished with many extras and offers enough space for 8 people. On the ground floor is the living room with a cozy sitting area with soapstone fireplace. In the luxurious open kitchen there is a spacious dining table with comfortable chairs that guarantee long after-dinner dining! The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances with a nostalgic oven. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a Bethroom, a utility room with washer and dryer, a guest toilet, a heated ski storage room and a luxurious bathroom with bath, large walk-in shower, sink, toilet and sauna. On the top floor of the house are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with luxury box-spring beds and a spacious wardrobe. What a very nice detail on the upper floor is the landing with loft and lots of glass, so you also have a beautiful view from there. The cottage is located at the foot of the new K1 8-person chairlift. This is the most modern and longest lift/descent in Sauerland. The ski slopes are ideal for beginners and children. Willingen has a total of 25 elevators (7 of which are floodlit) that are all connected. There are also several restaurants within walking distance as well as ski rental and ski school. The center of Willingen and 2 supermarkets are about 10 minutes walk away. A very short distance away you will find various (tourist) activities such as a tennis court, archery range, the glassworks, bowling alley, go-kart track and the summer toboggan run. If you are more into hiking, you can walk towards the Sonnenhang and choose one of the hiking trails. After a long walk or a day spent in the snow it is wonderful to come home to this house. Relax with a good glass of wine by the wood stove or unwind in the sauna.
