SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. This completely newly built wooden house accommodates two holiday accommodations. You will occupy the right half of the house. The house is optimally insulated, breathable,100% natural and has underfloor heating. The holiday home is luxuriously furnished with many extras and offers plenty of room for 8 people. On the ground floor is the living room with a cosy seating area with soapstone fireplace. The luxurious open-plan kitchen has a large dining table with comfortable chairs that guarantee long after-dinner meals! The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances with the nostalgic oven as the centrepiece. Also on the ground floor are a spacious bedroom, a utility room, a guest toilet, a heated ski storage room and a luxury bathroom with bathtub, large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and sauna. On the upper floor of the house are 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with luxury box-spring beds and a spacious wardrobe. What is a very nice detail on the upper floor is the landing with loft and lots of glass, giving you great views from there as well. Outside there is a carport, which is ideal in the winter months. There are beautiful views of the surrounding area from the entire house. In front of the house is a south-facing terrace with garden furniture. This terrace can be reached from the living room/kitchen. At the back of the house is another terrace, the large garden with play/climb house for the children and a carport for the car. The back of the spacious property borders an idyllic stream with a terrace where you can also sit. Please note! This luxury blockhouse is a comfortable holiday home for 8 people where we like to receive families and seniors. The holiday home is located in a village and the people who live there and come to visit want to enjoy the peace and quiet and nature. After 10 pm there should be no excessive noise.

The holiday home is located at the foot of the new K1 8-seater chairlift. This is the most modern and longest lift/descent in Sauerland. The ski slopes are ideal for beginners and children. Willingen has a total of 25 lifts (7 of which are floodlit) that are all connected. There are also several restaurants within walking distance as well as ski rental and ski school. The centre of Willingen and 2 supermarkets are about 10 minutes' walk away. Within a very short distance you will find various (tourist) activities, such as a tennis court, archery range, the glassworks, bowling alley, go-kart track and summer toboggan run. If you are more into hiking, you can walk towards the Sonnenhang and choose one of the hiking trails. After a long walk or a day in the snow, it is great to come home to this house. Relax with a good glass of wine by the wood-burning stove or unwind in the sauna.
