SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. A completely newly renovated and furnished apartment of about 72 m2 on the 1st floor with a beautiful view. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The size of the sofa bed is 210x160. There is a Smart TV with Dutch TV channels and Netflix. There is a private network so there is good Wifi reception. The dining room has a pleasant atmosphere for long dinners. Adjacent is the kitchen with all the latest gadgets and cooking equipment. In the kitchen you have access to an induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and Senseo coffee maker. From the living room you can sit on a spacious balcony on the new terrace and enjoy the view. The sunny terrace is a great place to stay. There are two bedrooms, one with a double box-spring bed and the other with a bunk bed. In the bathroom there is a nice shower, sink and toilet. A high chair and crib are available. In the basement area is a storage room for skis or bicycles. There is private parking in front of the complex.

The apartment is located in Hildfeld in the middle of "Holiday World" Sauerland. You can reach the Skikarussell Winterberg, the Erlebnispark and Bikepark and the cozy center of Winterberg in 10 minutes by car. Action and rest go hand in hand in the Sauerland and let everyone enjoy to the fullest. Whether skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, bobsleigh, paragliding, golf, Nordic walking, the silence of a hike or relaxation in the Wellness. In Winterberg you will find a perfect combination of exercise, fun and adventure. The inner man is also thought of. Winterberg has a wide range of restaurants, cafes and stores. There are cozy huts and pubs where many an enjoyable Après ski experience. The Hillebachsee can be reached from the apartment on foot, by bicycle and by car, where one can experience a lot of water fun in the summer. The Hillebachsee is a mountain lake with a beach where you can do many activities such as swimming, volleyball, fishing and water skiing. Ideal to spend a day relaxing or sporting in the summer. In short, the whole year is a vacation in the Sauerland.
