This apartment is part of a mansion building with 3 other apartments which belongs to aday-booking. The fact that you are so close to the city center, gives you the opportunity to quickly and easily reach local attractions, restaurants, cafes, galleries and much more. The apartment has, smart TV with HBO, Netflix and other channels*, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free access to a fast and stable WiFi 300/50Mbit connection is available. You can enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood and the sunny days in the garden outside, and make your experience even better. After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly. *Please note that you can use Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc., only with your own profile. The apartment was newly renovaded in july 2021, is tastefully-furnished, modern, and is 150 m² in size. Access: You have free parking on the street side just on same address(Do not park where there is painted yellow) As part of the booking process we will provide you with the code for your apartment and you can check-in at any point after check-in time. Space: The apartment is bright and confortable, available for 10 guests. It has 4 double beds and 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with essentials such as towels and shampoo. There is a smart TV*, a dinner table for 10 people and 2 small coffee/laptop table. Baby highchairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in, duvets and pillows for babies are not available. The smart TV comes with HDMI ports for your computer, gaming console, etc. Note, that you have to bring your own device/cable if you want to connect it to the TV.
