Idyll Summer house in the most coveted vacation area in Denmark. 100 square meter with 1 main house, 2 out houses and 2 terraces, and a Heat pump. 900 square meter garden plot with a private parking spot. 3 minut walk to the beach. 10 minuts walk to Hornbæk town. The tenant must bring their own bed linen, towels and whisper pieces, firewood can be bought in the supermarket, all firewood on the plot must not be used by the tenant. The waste container is emptied on Tuesdays, do not overfill the containers. Accept the house rules and the terms and conditions prior to booking: · Subleasing is not allowed. · The property is used as it is, ie. as it appears and is used by the owner. There is access to use all facilities and equipment with the exception of the outside shed which is locked and may not be used. Bed linen must be used on all beds that are taken into use. · It is not allowed to hold events or any kind of parties in the house or anywhere on the property. (Breaking the rules will result in immediate termination of the leasing period without a refund and the tenant will also be fined) · The property must be treated gently, considerately and carefully. · No smoking or wearing shoes inside the property, No loud noise from 23:00 to 08:00. · All damaged and missing things and furniture as well as any kind of damage to the property are fully compensated by the tenant. · All entrances must be locked and all electronics must be turned off at all times when the tenant leaves the property including heating appliances, lights, etc. with the exception of the refrigerator in the kitchen, the internet and the heat pump (set to 14 degrees) · The property must be handed over completely cleaned when the rental period ends. It is required to pay an additional fee of DKK 600 for the cleaning service. · The tenant can be required to read, fill and sign a private leasing contract stating the agreement of the house rules, security deposit, rent and rental period.

Hornbæk is one of the most exclusive vacation areas in all of Denmark, it has the nicest beaches, a cozy harbor town with shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars. The beach and Hornbæk town is within 3 and 10 minut walking distance as well as train and bus stations. There is a private parking spot on the property as well as free parking on the street at the house.
