I propose you an apartment of 120 square meters, completely renovated in August 2019, located 50 meters from the beach of Punta Popy and which has all the comforts to spend unforgettable holidays in Caribbean. Nestled in one of the most beautiful and popular residences in the area, it offers 3 large bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with TV and sofas, an equipped kitchen, a terrace with dining table , hammock and view of the tropical garden and the beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. The superb residence includes weekly cleaning service, linen and towel change, unlimited internet wifi, cable north TV, emergency generator in case of breakdown, private and secure car/scooter parking, private access to the beach, security from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am and secure access to the residence by fingerprint. What are you waiting for to come and enjoy this little paradise?
Of Italian origin, I have now settled in Las Terrenas for more than 15 years. Indeed, after having crisscrossed for several months the most beautiful seaside resorts of the Dominican Republic, I fell literally under the charm of this enchanting place. Director of a real estate agency, I am now delighted to share my passion with travellers in search of idyllic beaches but also of maritime activities (snorkeling, diving, fishing, whale show,...) and land activities (horse rides, mountain biking, hiking in one of the 2 national parks, quad,...) in a village of human size, very welcoming and possessing priceless natural resources.
The residence is particularly quiet. It is located 2 steps from the best restaurants and bars in Las Terrenas and 200 m from the center of the village where you can find everything you need: bank, bakery, supermarket, tourist agencies, ... The taxi terminus is located 100 m from the residence right next to the daily market of fishermen who sell every morning the product of their fishing of the night (dorade, swordfish, tuna, shrimp, lobster,...) at competitive prices. You will be able to live in a wonderful and quiet place by the large swimming pool surrounded by its tropical garden, discover at your own pace the beautiful beaches of las Terrenas (Portillo, Popy, Las Ballenas, Bonita and Coson) and the wonders of the Samana region, before returning to enjoy a comfortable apartment in the immediate vicinity of the living center. We look forward to welcoming you there.
