Maria was a gracious host, breakfast was great, location was great, excellent value, AC worked well (although I preferred the window open for the sound of the waves). Maria helped with a taxi and a late tour pickup. Drinking water available in the lobby. Small fridge in the room. I would definitely stay again.

I love this place, I've stayed here twice and got to know the family that runs it. It is centrally located, close to the water and services like connivence stores, restaurants and there is even laundry service next door. The rooms include breakfast and they do have wifi/internet but the service is slow, this isn't there fault, this is true of the entire island, so don't expect to stream any media or attempt to attend a Zoom call while you are here. The rooms are clean, secure and comfortable, I prefer the rooms on the upper level, facing the ocean. The rooms do have a/c, and on suite bathrooms with showers. There are numerous sitting areas both inside and outside to relax or entertain. Breakfast is a simple 3 course breakfast with coffee and juice. The hosts are helpful and can arrange a taxi or tour for your stay. Will stay here again on my next trip to Isabela.

It was wonderful working with them. They answered all my questions in a timely manner both before and during our time on their island. I had a case of Montezuma's Revenge and they were willing to change our dates. We missed our prepaid ferry, and they assisted in scheduling us another. We also missed our morning tour they had set up. They scheduled a Los Tuneles for us a few weeks prior to our arrival and forgot to add it to our bill. I did remind them. I highly recommend this tour. They are also one of the only places that accept credit cards.

I was really pleased with the location which was west of the main city centre. The location ended up being close to the Tropical Adventures office, and start of the Los Tuneles Tour, the beach and the very fine board walk and trail to the Galapagos Tortoise Breeding Centre and Flamingo lagoons. There were a number of restaurants in the area. There was a lot of Bird activity along the beach and in the lagoons. The morning breakfast on the front deck of the Hotel was interesting because you were able to see the village start to wake up. The breakfast and coffee were excellent. By taxi, it was only a 5 minute trip to the airport.
