Private entrance from the street. We are located in the center of Pärnu, in the beach district, in a lovely old wooden house, right on the border between the city center and the beach district. We built an apartment with a private entrance in 2022, the facade got a new look in 2023. The old walls protect from the heat in the summer, and the central heating (floor heating) warms up in the cold. We keep the old values, so the old doors, windows, arched ceilings, exterior of the house have been restored. The homely, cozy apartment is equipped with everything you need. You can get fresh pastries with your morning coffee from the nearby (200m walk) market, where the Rimi grocery store is also located. Only a 10-minute walk to the city center. There you will find Rüütli street with small shops and cafes. A pleasant walk to Pärnu beach or Pärnu river (about 15 min). Nice modern cafes await you by the river, the Port Artur shopping center is nearby. The apartment can accommodate 3 people (in addition to a baby bed).
