My Villa 700 m2 is in Agamy-Bianki,Alexandria Governorate and far from the Beach(Mediterranean Sea) 500 meters,i have a private swimming pool 32 m2 and a private garden 110 m2 to be shared with guests free of charge. the place is very quiet hearing birds singing early in the morning. i have a lot of activities for children accompanied with their parents-kids between (0-12) years must be under total supervision of their parents due the pool's depth(1.65 meter) and presence of stairs leading to the attached garden. Activities are : 1-professional Tennis Table(ping Pong) 2-Darts 3-Water Volleyball inside the pool (for 2 persons or more) 4-Backgammon 5-Bicycle 6-Water Mattress. Note:all activities are free of charge for guests,but with damage deposit policy... the Villa includes in total 5 bedrooms, one is special for me with my private bathroom ,2 other complete bathrooms will be shared between the remaining 4 rooms, i will be your host at all time if needed. actual temperature is between 20 *C and 25 *C during October.

The Host. I am Nagy. A retired Sales Manager who got tired from multinationals and wants more from life then just office hours. My villa in Agamy has been a dream that came true for me 15 years ago. There is story behind having this villa that makes it a very special, private and personal place for me. We all have a great need to relax and chill out and have fun. I decided to be your host in that experience that I will make my best in co-creating it with you. This is why I decided to open this private space and share it with you so you can have a taste of all the fun you can experience here. I like social life, I love to have fun,playing games and telling jokes over a backgammon game sippking a beer in the pool. Music and being a dj and creating playlists is one of my great passion that I also look forward to sharing with you. I am creating these little events to enjoy myself and share my passions with all those who feel attracted and like what I like. you are all invited to have fun with me and enjoying ourselves and chilling out together in a healthy, natural environment.

the place is totally private due to the presence of high trees in the garden,except to the right of the villa , i installed a woody barrier 1.6 meter height to have total privacy.
