The service staff are absolutely wonderful. The chefs, waiters, and bartenders are all very nice and very helpful. These people don't get enough credit for what they do, they work 12 and sometimes 14 hour shifts and barely get any time off yet they still serve with a smile and friendly attitude. Once I told them I'm lactose intolerant, they asked what I wanted and they will provide it. I asked for coffee with coconut milk the first day and then the rest of the holiday they automatically brought me the coffee with breakfast without having to ask. It's my third time and definitely not the last at sunrise. The resort is clean and beautiful and comfy, the food is pretty good too but it's the staff that makes this experience complete.

the service was exquisite and the food was phenomenal. reception workers were very welcoming and always smiling and friendly and ready to assist in any way possible. the dining room was very clean and well furnished and tables always preset and ready for guests. the servers were polite and helpful and smiling all the time. i would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to any one. i will definetly go back.
