Every apartment has different distribution, but all of them count with a bathroom where you will find, following the standards of the hotel industry, hand soap, gel and shampoo for your first night of the stay. All homes have a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, microwave and ceramic hob) and all the necessary utensils to cook and enjoy. The apartments also have: hairdryer, iron, sheets and towels per each guest. In addition, they also have a washing machine & SmartTV. The heating and air conditioning work via conduct. The WiFi connection is also installed, you will have everything you need to feel as comfortable as in your own home. All reservations must follow the building rules stated below: - No parties and gatherings of many people allowed in the apartment. - No loud noise, especially from 23h. - No pets allowed. - Smoking is not allowed. We would like to remind you that, under the Spanish Law 42/2010 of establishment "smoke free" is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property and building. Non compliance with this law will have a special cleaning charge at the end of your stay of 200eur. - Take out the trash when necessary. Please do not accumulate it in the apartment during the stay (deposit will be retained for this concept if trash are accumulated in the apartment). - Under the current law, ID or Passport will be required while checking-in to every resident over 16 years. - At the check-out, the sets of keys must be left in the indicated place. Leaving the apartment at check-out with keys or losing the keys has a penalty up to 200eur per set of keys.
