The house is located in a gated and 24 hour’s security urbanization in Rosario Marbella. The house is walking distance to restaurants supermarkets and places to have breakfast or lunch. The beach is 10 Minutes walk or a couple of minutes drive. The old town of Marbella is 10 minutes drive. Puerto banus is 13 minutes drive. Malaga airport will be 30 minutes by taxi uber or rental car. The perfect location for an amazing holiday.
