Upon entrance is an open plan kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils to cook with. The living space is also open plan and consists of the following: A lounge area with a comfortable 2 - seater sofa and coffee table, smart TV with Spanish and International channels. Dining area furnished with wooden table and chairs, plus another seating area with a comfortable sofa. From the living room is access to a south-facing terrace featuring amazing close up sea views. Equipped with a small table and two chairs where you can enjoy both the sun rise and sun sets.
