Cozy apartment in a closed urbanization with a large swimming pool and garden in close proximity to the sandy beach of La Cala. Distance to the beach 400 meters. Located in an area with modern buildings, wide walking areas, and children's playgrounds. Opposite the urbanization there is a bus stop. Restaurants, shops, a pharmacy are within walking distance, and there is also a large shopping center near the urbanization. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a market with local products next to the beach.
We are very happy to host in our apartment guests who visit our city for vacation or work. If you have additional wishes, you can write to us and we will try to fulfill them.
A modern area directly adjacent to Benidorm with wide streets, green squares, pedestrian boulevards, playgrounds and a cozy sandy beach. Nearby there is a commercial area with a shopping center, restaurants, supermarkets, and a fitness center.
