Spectacular duplex apartment in l'Escala located just a few steps from Riells beach, the Old Town and all services. The building is located right on the Riells beach. On the first floor you will find a very spacious living-dining room with spectacular views of the sea, an American kitchen and access to the balcony. It has a sofa bed. On the second floor you will find the rooms, all of them have an incredible view of the sea. It has 2 bedrooms (a suite bedroom with a 150cm bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bedroom with a bunk bed with 3 beds of 90cm), 1 bathroom with a shower, and access to a large terrace with sea views where you can enjoy their meals. On the roof you will find a large terrace for sunbathing with sun loungers. There is an outdoor parking space and air conditioning at your disposal. The duplex is fully equipped and has a washer-dryer. It is an ideal space to relax and spend some magnificent holidays on the Costa Brava. Riells beach, which is only 50 meters from the apartment, is very wide and very shallow. It is perfect for families! At 50 meters from the apartment there is an amusement park for children. In total the apartment can sleep 6 people.
