Inaugurated in the summer of 2020 after an exhaustive restoration and remodelling of the block, the building in which the Alhambra Granada 3000 Apartments are located has 2 floors plus the ground floor and the attic in a classic building but refurbished with the taste most adapted to the new times. The building has been completely refurbished and furnished so that everything inside is as good as new, with comfortable furniture ideal for your getaway with your partner to Granada, whether you are travelling with friends or for work. It has studios for up to 4 people and flats with 1 and 2 double bedrooms with double sofa beds and can accommodate up to 6 people in each flat. They have a kitchen open to the living-dining room where you will find a television and a complete bathroom. As for the flats, the distribution is the same with the difference of having one or two independent bedrooms with beds for 2 people, being a more comfortable option for families. The kitchen is equipped with hob or ceramic hob, oven or microwave or both, fridge, sink and kitchenware according to the capacity of each flat. The flats are supplied with bed linen and towels for all guests, but not with tea towels or table linen. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Bookings for under 25s, groups and stag and hen parties will require pre-authorisation by credit card of 150 euros. This amount is fully refundable, only as a guarantee that the accommodation and its contents will be used responsibly.

The Apartamentos Alhambra Granada 3000 are located in a historic building in the heart of the city of Granada, just behind the Plaza de Isabel la Católica, one of the main meeting points of the city and where the main transport services to the main tourist attractions of the city depart from. The building is less than a minute's walk from the tourist train stop that takes you to the Alhambra in Granada, as well as a minute away from the Avenida de los Reyes Católicos, the main avenue in the centre of Granada full of shops and where several bus lines stop that connect this building with the whole city. These flats are less than 10 minutes by taxi from Granada train station and just over 10 minutes from the bus station. Granada's airport, Garcia Lorca Airport, is 20 km away and a 5 minute walk from the flats is one of the bus stops for the Granada airport bus. Also, walking to the tram that takes you to the bus station will not take you more than 5 minutes, as well as to Granada airport, whose bus stops just 3 minutes away from the flats. Madrid is 420 km away, 125 km separate these flats from Malaga, or 200 km from Cordoba or 250 km from Seville.
