Lauet is an amazing newly renovated apartment located just steps away from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. This charming apartment has lots of natural light and is decorated with tastefully selected furnitures, paintings and new appliances. It is on the first floor and has been completely renovated in March 2019 in a fresh minimalist design. The owner takes special care in decorating with paintings by a local artist, with the vision of feeling at ease and comfortable as if it were his home. Open plan kitchen/dinning room is very bright & cosy with a comfortable sofa and flat TV and a balcony with side views of the mountains. The apartment has two fantastic bedrooms: one with a large double bed, a wooden headboard, a mirror and wardrobe; the second bedroom with two single beds and a direct access to the balcony. The apartment also has a complete family bathroom with shower. Enjoy a holiday independent of a car: in the immediate vicinity there are a variety of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bar, pharmacies and a lot of water and mountain activities. The Port of Pollensa is a very popular holiday destination on Mallorca island.

Port de Pollença, also known as Puerto Pollensa, is an established, family-friendly tourist resort in the north of Mallorca. Like many Majorcan coastal towns, the resort was formerly a fishing village servicing the local area. It still features a large marina which nowadays harbours leisure boats more than fishing boats, but you can still see many traditional ‘llaüts’ used by the Mallorcans for catching fish. Sitting in a large horseshoe bay, Puerto Pollensa affords splendid sea views and a picture-perfect mountain backdrop. It is well protected from strong winds, making it an ideal location for a seaside retreat. As you might imagine from an established resort, the town offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and hotels.
