On entering on your left you will find a kitchen and dining area. Following you have a sofa and a TV cabinet overlooking a terrace ideal for breakfast. From the living – dining room you will find a staircase that leads to the upper part of the duplex. On the first floor you have a huge bedroom with a balcony and superb views of the canal. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has an air conditioner in the dining room and another in the bedroom.
