We are an Italian couple from Rome who live in Valencia, active in the real estate field for more than 30 years. We are also passionate sailors and after having sailed throughout the Mediterranean for many years, we decided to stop in Spain for the beauty of the area and the vitality of the Spaniards. We like to welcome guests with elegance and kindness, trying to provide welcome comforts, taking care to satisfy their needs as much as possible, which is why we also welcome their pets if they are well behaved and respectful. We hope that everyone can have a comfortable stay in Valencia admiring all the beauties that this splendid city offers, both in the historical, cultural and tourist aspect but above all gastronomic.

Property information

Completely new structure located on the ground floor of a building that involves the entire right corner, embracing three different streets: -avinguda de Portugal 63A -carrer de Benissuera 6A -carrer de la Trirrem 8 A -avinguda de portugal 57A -carrer de la trirrem 4A. Therefore every single apartment has an independent entrance on different private and silent streets. To ensure maximum comfort we have opted for thermal and acoustic insulation, furthermore the apartments all have a bar area for breakfast and a small fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom equipped with glass shower, storage bed for storing luggage, 40 TV inches with free Netflix, 300 MB WIFI, and small pets are welcomed if they are polite and respectful. To access the apartment it is necessary to self-check-in via the VIKEY portal, and then obtain a PIN CODE to type on the keypad next to the door. In this way each guest is free to arrive at any time and open the Smart LOCK lock with the code received. Furthermore, the guest will never have to carry the keys with him.

The Turia Park and the old city 'el Carme' can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, The Marxalenes metro station line 4, which takes you to the beach in less than 20 minutes, is just 150 meters away.
