Vincci Mercat is the perfect hotel to stay in downtown Valencia. Chique interior, pleasant atmosphere and amazing helpful hotel personnel. Location is wonderful. Amazing value for money. 10/10. After a wonderful stay I realized (a few days later) I forgot my jacket including important documents in the closet of my hotel room. Esther and other hotel staff helped me tremendously to return my belongings to me. Thank you very much again and I will definitely visit this hotel again!

We loved the rooftop terrace, the friendly staff and the surprise treats waiting in the hotel room. The location was excellent, right by the cathedral and basilica.

I’ve stayed at many hotels across Europe, and this is easily one of my top three. Everything was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean and felt very new and well maintained. I especially loved the thoughtful little details, including the adorable sheep figures connected to the hotel’s social initiative — such a lovely touch. The staff were always warm, welcoming and genuinely friendly. The location is also perfect: right in the heart of Valencia, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The hotel has its own excellent restaurants, and there are also plenty of great places to eat just across the street and nearby. Overall, an absolutely wonderful stay. If I return to Valencia, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great location, free upgrade to newly renovated room.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and truly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really made the difference, though, was the reception team. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and warmth genuinely enhanced my stay.

Excellent base from which to explore the city. Very easily accessible by public transport.

Loved this little boutique hotel. The ensuite is the tiniest I've ever seen but perfectly adequate for our needs. The bed is extremely comfy. Spotlessly clean and 5 mins walk away from the town hall square. Every site is within walking distance including the cathedral, the silk exchange, the central market, the bull ring, train station and metro and many many more. Loved our stay here

Beautiful Hotel just of the square. Plenty of bars and restaurants all in a 5 min walking distance. Attractions near by and also the hop on hop of bus a short walk away. A visit to the bio park a must see and the oceanografic amazing. Allow at least 3 hours in each place.
