Good location number 35 bus stop just outside with 10 mins ride into the 'Old City'. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Locally a variety of shops, restaurants and Tapas bars to choose from.

Super clean and the bed was comfortable! It’s a newer spot so everything was pristine and clean. There are nice cafes around too. Staff was helpful, arranging a paid parking garage for our rented car.

The breakfast was diverse and suited to all tastes. The location is in the modern part of the city center, right next to Gulliver Park, within the 9-kilometer-long Turia Park, which offers numerous attractions and facilities — from the Bioparc Valencia in the north to the L'Oceanogràfic near the sea — with excellent public bus connections to the beach and all parts of the city.

Nice and cosy apartment with an eye for the detail. We were with the kids and still felt spacious. Cutlery, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toiletries are available along with towels. Really close to Gulliver park with nearby shops, cafes and street food. Mercadona is just 20m away for everything you might need which is a great plus.
