Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartments! The swimming pools are heated, our baby loved to spend time in the kids pool. The supermarket SPAR express is just outside of the hotel, and the prices are good there. It was comfortable to stay in the apartment with a baby, because baby crib and baby chair are provided.

Marketed by Servatur Hotels & Resorts, founded in 1976, with more than 40 years of experience being part of the Canary tourism sector and working with enthusiasm to offer our guests holidays they wish to repeat.

Arguineguín Park by Servatur is a recently built complex located in the south of the island, in Arguineguín (Mogán), one of the most privileged areas of Gran Canaria, which has one of the best climates in the world all year round. an average temperature of 23ºC. Arguineguín Park by Servatur has 5 different types of modern holiday homes, distributed in 14 5-storey buildings. All offer a high quality, to offer maximum comfort available with all the necessary equipment to enjoy an unforgettable holiday, with your partner, family or friends. The holiday homes have a terrace or balcony, depending on the type. All are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, offer great spaciousness and comfort thanks to their design. With 2 or 3 bedrooms, ideal to enjoy a vacation synthetically at home. In its facilities you can also find a swimming pool with hammocks and umbrellas to relax, a children's pool, a pool bar where you can enjoy a cocktail or snack and a Spar supermarket where they can do everything you may need.

The establishment is located in a quiet and residential area, very close to the Anfi del Mar and Patalavaca beaches. About 10 minutes (on foot) you can reach the main beach of Arguineguín, Las Marañuelas and the urban center, where there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. In addition, every Tuesday, you can enjoy a market with local products and crafts.
