La Peral Ashram is the headquarters and teaching center of the Spanish Meditation Society and the IFSU Foundation. A place full of positive energy where you can restore your inner peace. The rooms are spacious and the beds, with pure latex mattresses, are wide and comfortable to ensure a restful weekend that will allow you to return to your daily activities with your batteries recharged. You have a tour of the ashram rooms in the main building in this video. It's old and things have improved a lot, but for the moment we don't have another one. We are not a hotel or tourist establishment, but a foundation dedicated to teaching meditation and mindfulness techniques. During your stay with us you will have the opportunity to have a beautiful experience of meditation and its ability to quiet the mind. In the "Ashram", the kitchen, toilets and living room where you meditate are for common use, we have single and shared rooms.
