You'll love our 4 bedroom villa, frontline to EV Golf with its own private pool, jacuzzi and outdoor living space. Marble throughout, high ceilings & well appointed. Luxury master-suite & 3 more large bedrooms. Perfect for families, sport & golfers. V High Speed Internet. Outside area exceptional with lovely pool, inground jacuzzi, bar, fire pit w/sitting area & upper sun skydeck. 12mins Corvera Airport (RMU) & 50 to ALC. 18 mins to Murcia city or the Mar Menor. Golf & Water-sport hvn.

We have been loving Airbnb as guests since a trip to Lake Tahoe, CA in 2012, and as hosts at our family holiday villa in El Valle Golf Resort, Spain since 2016. We appreciate guests with good Airbnb ratings or references if you’re new to Airbnb. We hope you enjoy this experience as much as we do. We are proud to be Superhosts, and will go the extra mile with our team to make your stay very special. We have a superb villa maintenance team who live nearby. They will also clean the pool once or twice a week depending upon the season. We have a lockbox at the front of the villa so that you can let yourself in at your convenience. Our home is alarmed for your security, and El Valle resort has 24 hour security. It is a safe area.
This villa and its amenities benefit from the perfect balance of privacy with the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor bar, fire pit, BBQ, outdoor gym area, viewing deck and beautifully appointed indoor space (with 500 TV channels) with great things to do nearby, if you do venture out. There's a lively bar/cafe and restaurants with entertainment during the summer months a short walk away within the resort, and some great local restaurants a short drive away. Venta El Puerto in Banos y Mendigo is a world class family restaurant just 6 mins drive away. Within 20 minutes you can drive to some of Europe's best beaches and national parks, bustling marinas, La Manga resort or the vibrant city of Murcia. There are many great golfing opportunities within the area and discounted tee times available from The Great Golf shop of Balsicas nearby. In short, you can benefit from the privacy, family time and amenities of the villa or explore a new adventure each day! You will need a rental car to enjoy this property, and the local area.
