An elegant combination of modern and traditional in this loft in a completely renovated factory in a quiet corner of Barcelona. This loft has its own terrace and is just a few minutes from the beach, Port Olimpic and just 3 metro stops from the Gothic Quarter and the Rambles. This contemporary and spacious apartment has been tastefully decorated. First impressions count and the feeling of space you experience upon entering this loft will not disappoint. Upon entering this loft, you find yourself in the modern kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Heading into the living room through the beautifully restored arches, you have a lovely area to relax and also have direct access to the terrace. The sofa in this area converts into a large sofa bed for the fifth or sixth guest. There are several portable screens to provide some privacy, if desired. The adjoining, elegant and modern bathroom features a spacious shower and a separate toilet and sink. On the other side of the bathroom, there is a room with one or two single beds (one stored under the other when not in use) and a third folding bed if necessary.
