It comes with everything you might need whilst on a self-catering break, including fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, hob and oven, coffee machine etc. The lounge has comfortable seating with a leather sofa and 2 separate chairs, there is a good TV package showing all UK and SKY channels including sports and movie channels. The villa has use of a bluetooth wireless speaker and Wifi is included in the price. The bedrooms are airy, the master having a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds which overlook the pool area. There is a separate family bathroom with shower over bath. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Outside, the villa has large sun terrace which wraps around the rear of the villa, 4 comfortable sun loungers, external dining area which is situated under the terrace just next to the coal BBQ. The pool is a good size at 7 x 3 meters and has roman steps, it is electrically heated in the cooler winter months. All in all a great little villa offering a spot of luxury at a great price ! Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
