One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable 150x200cm bed and the other has two single beds. In the living room there is a double bed with a 90x190cm mattress. In addition, the flat has two bathrooms with shower equipped with hairdryer; independent kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend a fabulous time with your loved ones and a wonderful terrace with direct views of the beautiful Playa de La Victoria and its promenade. A good part of the Paseo Marítimo de Cádiz corresponds to the so-called new area of the city, with around 3 square kilometers and inhabited by more than 50,000 people. This area is closely linked to Victoria beach, which becomes Cortadura beach as you walk towards the outskirts of the city: parallel to these runs the Paseo Marítimo (pedestrian, with a bike lane and a road for motor vehicles). With no doubt, this is one of the most pleasant areas to walk, specially at sunset, when the sky, the Atlantic and the urban profile of historic Cadiz come together in truly impressive shapes and colors. Cortadura beach is the first to receive visitors coming from the peninsula. Due to its location, it has been strategic territory for the defense of the city for more than two centuries, and a good account of this are the walls that can be found along the beach. In the area closest to the city, there are bars and beach bars and at certain points of the beach there are also parking spaces. It is a very well connected area, with bus stops on the same avenue and supermarkets in the surroundings.
