Spacious 4-bedroom apartment in the center of Girona. The apartment overlooks the statue of The Lion and the famous market Mercat del Lleó. This homely apartment is fully equipped and is perfect for families or a group of friends who want to enjoy the good life of Girona. From here you have everything nearby and it´s only a short walk to the historic centre of Girona. The homely 4-bedroom apartment is on the third floor of a building without lift. The apartment is very bright and sunny, which adds a special magic to it. To give coolness in the hot summer months, a powerful airco unit is installed in the central hall and fans in the bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have a double bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. This accommodation has 2 full bathrooms, both with shower and toilet. There is a big fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, perfect to create a cozy and sharing atmosphere. The living room is very spacious, and there you will find a desk/table for board games, to study or work. The apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine and room to put for instance bikes or luggage. The apartment is in a building without lift. The stairs are quite steep and narrow. The area is easily accessed by car, but it is not easy to park. There is a large paid parking garage only a couple of minutes away, which we recommend. If you are interested just let us know!

This spacious and homely apartment is located on Ronda de Sant Antoni Maria Claret, facing the statue of The Lion. It is in the city center, very close to shops and the commercial area. You will feel the local atmosphere, with the local market, el Mercat del Lleó, just across the street, opened in the mornings, from Monday to Saturday. The area is full of life: buying groceries in the market, having a coffee, walking around the city center, etc. Less than 5 minutes’ walk, crossing the Onyar river, you will be in Girona Old Town, surrounded by historical buildings and the old city wall. This famous area will amaze you, and you will discover lots of beautiful places, little squares and parks and nice small shops, restaurants and bars.
