This cozy Mallorcan country house, located on the outskirts of Capdepera, offers accommodation for 3 guests and a beautiful private pool very close to the sea, just 2.3 km from Cala Agulla. The garden is undoubtedly the essence of this wonderful property. The green grass and views of the mountains ensure that our guests enjoy some well-deserved moments of tranquility, nature and a lot of joy, especially if they stay with the little ones of the family, who will not stop running around and give them a few moments to remember. Behind this large expanse of grass and trees is a beautiful seascape, observable from the porch while perhaps enjoying a delicious barbecue. After this exquisite meal, the private salt pool, 8 x 4 and with a depth of 1 to 2 m, invites you to take a refreshing swim or sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers arranged around it. The property has two independent buildings located one in front of the other. In the main house we have all the common spaces, a bedroom and a bathroom, while in the other we have another room with an en-suite bathroom and the laundry room. Upon entering the main house, we find the living room and kitchen, all in the same space. The living room becomes the perfect place to watch TV-SAT (German channels). The dining room, with a wooden table, six chairs and a fireplace, which can be used during the colder months, leads to the kitchen. It has everything you may need during your stay such as a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. To complete this house, they have a room with a double bed and wardrobe, and a separate bathroom with a bathtub. Then, in the other little house, they have another bedroom also with two single beds, a wardrobe, space for a crib and a high chair, direct access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, the house has AC in the living room and both bedrooms.

Capdepera is a very quiet village characterised as a family tourist destination and worth a visit, specially the ancient castle built in the 14th century where a Medieval fair takes place every third Sunday of May. You can also do your daily shopping here since you will find a supermarket as well as some bars and restaurants. In relation to the beaches, the nearest one is Cala Agulla, about 2.3 km away although, as you will be in one of the ends of the island, you will have a variety of beaches and coves, either sandy or rocky, within reach, and we recommend you go to Cala Torta, for example. If you feel like going to a livelier town and enjoy the night life you can head to Cala Ratjada.
