Casa Alice sleeps up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and a single bedroom with also an en-suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, sink and bathroom cabinet - double in the master bathroom - and toilet. All beds are very comfy. Bed- and bath linnen is provided. The lounge and dining room are furnished up to high standards. There is a 49 inch UHD TV with a large choice of international TV channels, a Playstation 4 Pro and Playstation 3 and very fast internet (100 Mbps fibre optic). The kitchen is well equiped with all the utensils you might need. The living areas and the bedrooms feature airco which is coin operated. The outside area is great! Take breakfast and lunch in the shaded dining area. Enjoy the afternoon in the comfortable seating area or on the sun loungers along the 11 meter pool. The pool is heated from mid October till mid April. Pool towels are provided. There is also an outside shower, pool table and BBQ. Bookings in July and August are from Saturday to Saturday (change-over day), unless the booking is for 10 days or more. Casa Alice is a Non-Smoking accommodation. The end of stay cleaning is included. No corporate bookings.

Lanzarote is such a beautiful island and has such a nice weather that we kept returning. Staying in a nice house with lovely outdoor area and extra long swimming pool makes the holidays fantastic. Signing of a Rental Agreement is mandatory.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the popular Costa de Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. The Playa Dorada Beach, the centre of Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon are all within a comfortable walking distance. If you rented a car you can park it off street in a private electrically gated parking area.
