Welcome to Vacation Villas. The oldest summer rental Agency in the area of La Sella, (la Xara), caring for your holidays for twenty five years. Created initially by two charming English ladies . Since 2019 we have taken a much more international approach and now attract people from accross the globe and offer properties for rent or sale in the triangle from Javea to Denia and inland to La Sella. We speak English, Spanish, French, German and some Russian. Caring for our guests' best comfort is our priority, whether they rent a 5 bedroom villa by the sea or a 2 bedroom apartment in la Sella with Splendid views and many family activities around.

This very private villa set amongst a beautiful garden accommodates 8 people. The villa has 4 bedrooms, ( 2 x double & 4 single beds ) 2 bathrooms, an independent fully equipped kitchen and is fully airconditioned. The outside leisure area comprises a private swimming pool and outside kitchen/ BBQ area, equipped with sun loungers. It is situated just a few minutes from Javea Town and has stunning views over the surrounding countryside and Montgo mountain. A supermarket and restaurants are just 5 minutes away and the town of Javea itself holds many bars and restaurants, with the Arenal beach a 10 minute drive away.
