Property information

This villa is just a few minutes from the centre of Javea. It has a private pool and is on the edge of a pine forest. On one level, this mostly air conditioned villa has a kidney shaped swimming pool, in a peaceful and tranquil garden amongst the pine trees. The living room leads into the covered terrace which leads to the pool. The kitchen is modern, bright and open plan. Fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room. There are 3 bedrooms. The air-conditioned master bedroom has a large bed - 2 x 2 mtrs. The second bedroom is also air-conditioned and has a large bed. This room has an en-suite shower room. There is a family bathroom which also has a beautiful free standing bath. The third bedroom has standard double. In each bedroom there is a TV with satellite offering a basic selection of English, French and German channels. There is covered parking and wifi The nearest beach is El Arenal , Javea which is a drive of about 10 minutes. The beach area is full of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy, just watch the world go by with a drink or a coffee. There is jetski hire available here.
