This delightful 357m² house located near the village of Sentmenat features a peaceful and private garden with large swimming pool and plenty of lounging areas. Enjoy the Catalan sun in the bordering a natural park with plenty of nature. The villa features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, electric blinds, kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 separate terraces, a games rooms and a private swimming pool of 4 x 8.5m, ensuring maximum comfort for its 12 guests. The 6 bedrooms spread over the 3 floors of the house are arranged as follows: (1) one double bed 135 x 200, (2) one double bed 180 x 200 with bathroom and access to terrace, (3) one double bed 150 x 200 with private terrace, (4) one double bed 135 x 200 with access to terrace, (5) one single bed 190 x 90 with private terrace, (6) one double bed 135 x 200 and one single bed 190 x 90 with private terrace. The basement area offers a wine cellar with billiards, table tennis room, table football and bathroom.
