## The space My three bedroom apartment is cozy, with beautifully quirky decor and a relaxed feel. It’s the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring. Great transport links mean you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle! The living area has a large, comfy sofa, and flat screen TV, so sit back and make yourself at home! Gorgeous comfortable decor add to the room’s charm, and soft throws and pillows make lovely finishing touches. The space includes a dining area with table that seats two in comfy chairs, so you can enjoy a meal with family or friends. You’ll find everything you need to prepare a quick meal or cook up a storm in the stylish fully-equipped kitchen. All the appliances are modern and easy to use, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a coffee machine. In the master bedroom, get a wonderful night’s rest on the super comfortable double bed, fitted with fresh, luxury linens. There is also plenty of storage space, so you won’t have to live out of your suitcase; get unpacking and start feeling at home right away. Second and third room are also fitted with wonderful double beds for you to enjoy with family o friends the best paella and tapas of this amazing city! Keep in mind all bedrooms are fitted with a flat-tv - you will be able to relax and enjoy your favorite series or movies while chilling in your private space. Freshen up in eithr of the two modern en-suite bathrooms - wake up in the mornings with the luxurious rain showers! White fluffy towels and shampoo are provided! A third bathroom is at your dispposal for extra comfort. My property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. ## The neighborhood You couldn't be better located! As my apartment is already at the city centre you can get to any part of the city. My apartment is located next to some of the most touristic places of Madrid. This will allow you to discover all the secrets of Madrid. In less than 5 minutes, you will get to the majestic Plaza España. Here you will find an incredible square surrounded by imposing buildings, with stone and bronze statue of Cervantes on horseback. In less than 10 minutes, you have the incredible Sabatini Gardens. Here, you will find the Neoclassical garden of the Royal Palace, with 3 terraces, fountains, statues and outdoor events. You will have lovely moments walking through the garden. It is a perfect place to enjoy with family friends and family. In less than 10 minutes, at Calle Bailén, you will find another famous palace: Palacio de Godoy. You can not miss the opportunity of visiting the palace. Next to this place, you have a famous Spanish pub called La Bola Taberna. My neighbourhood is extremely safe. Next to my apartment, you will find plenty of supermarkets and stores so can get anything you need during your stay in Madrid. ## Getting around Plaza España is the nearest station to the apartment, just a four minutes walk away. This connects you to the L1 and the L10 lines, meaning you can get to iconic Madrid sites in no time at all, such as Plaza de Alacá o Las Cibeles. There are also plenty of buses that stops just down the street that will take you all over the city. Exploring Madrid could hardly be easier!
