7 minutes to Park Güell and 12 minutes to Park del Guinardó on foot. Quite green space. Get to the city centre in 30 mins by bus line 24. To the beach, bus line 92. Close to bunkers, it is not only a point of touristic interest but it is a good place to see the 360º view of the city. It is located on a hill, so you always have good air and nice views! There are some little shops where you can buy bread, fruits, meat, fish, vegetables (they are all of them 5 minutes walking along the Carretera del Carmel street). There are three supermarkets too, just walking 10 minutes.
