As you can see in the photos, our basic apartment consists of the following rooms: - A living room with sofa, television, diningtable and low table. - A kitchen equipped and located in a common space to the sofa. - Bedroom 1 with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV. - Bedroom 2 with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV. - Master bathroom with bidet, sink and shower. - Patio for private use. The apartment measures 78m2 with 2 bedroomsand a patio for private use, it is very comfortable and will allow you to rest after long days walking through the fascinating city of Madrid. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Services and common areas Towels, bed linen, gel, shampoo, and hand soap are included. The house has air conditioning through a duct system with cold and warm air pump throughout the apartment. Other highlights If you are arriving after 20h00, please carefully read the rules of the house so that we can organize. We don't have a place to store luggage after check-out.
