From there, you can visit the entire area on foot, without any need for a vehicle. It is a charming apartment in which both the living room and the bedroom face the outside, so it is very bright. Due to its west orientation, the apartment is sheltered from the prevailing winds of the area (Northeast). In addition, to protect it from the sun and the heat of the summer dusk, it has an extensible awning and air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. The kitchen is "American" with everything you need to cook your favorite food, with all kinds of small appliances, blender, juicer, electric and Italian coffee maker, microwave, toaster, iron for snacks ... also has a large refrigerator. It also has good knives and a full set of crockery and cutlery. Next to the kitchen, the living room with a sofa bed (150x200cm bed), facing a smart TV connected to the Internet. In the living room there is a working place: a desk with its wheel chair and a lamp. The apartment has a terrace with laundry and washing machine, where you can wash and tend.
