Elegant duplex apartment completely renovated in Malaga. Located in a quiet area of the city, it is 20 minutes from the Historic District: Cathedral of the Incarnation and the Alcazaba. With capacity of 3 people and offers comfort as if you were at home: Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Alexa Smart Homeand air conditioning. It is distributed in 1 double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, living/dining room with a sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware and electrical appliances (refrigerator, microwave and washing machine). In the upper part of the duplex is the impressive terrace furnished with a large table where you can enjoy family dinners as well as a barbecue.
From the moment the reservation is made we will contact you for any questions. The day of entry we will be waiting for you to welcome you and give you the keys. During your stay we will be available 24 hours a day for any questions you may have.
The ideal location in the great city of Malaga, a place with a great variety of places of tourist interest: culture and coast united in one city. In the historic center we find 2 Arab fortresses: the Alcazaba and the Gibralfaro Castle, located one on top of the other. One of the main visits to the city is the impressive Cathedral of the Incarnation of Malaga, built between 1528 and 1782, and the Roman Amphitheatre, built in the 1st century AD. And finally, in the old town you cannot miss the stop at the emblematic Calle Larios, known for its leisure and gastronomy offer. Apart from culture, Malaga is known for its 4 km of magnificent golden sand beaches, among which we highlight: Playa de la Malagueta, Playa de la Caleta and Playa de Pedregalejo.
