The flat is distributed in one floor with 105 m2 of surface and south-west facing. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and a spacious terrace. The spacious and bright living room has a fantastic fireplace for winter evenings, a comfortable sofa and a smart TV to enjoy the best moments with your family and partner while watching your favourite series. The smart TV has international channels and the possibility to connect your favourite streaming platform. The dining room has a dining table with capacity for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for everyday life; fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. You will also find crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. The master bedroom is en-suite, with a comfortable double bed, its own dressing room and a bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The guest bathroom has a separate bath and shower and double washbasin. The terrace has sea views and a chill out area to enjoy the best Marbella sunsets. The property has air conditioning and WiFi throughout. All our guests are provided with bed linen and bath towels and for a small extra you can have beach towels. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit. The urbanization has two swimming pools and a children's pool (open from 08:00 to 22:00 all year round, subject to availability), plus a paddle tennis court and beautiful mature gardens. The urbanization is fully gated and has surveillance cameras.
