The open-plan living and dining room has everything you need to feel at home in a sociable setting. You will find a spacious, comfortable corner sofa to relax on and enjoy the ocean and mountain views, a 55" Smart TV for cosy film nights, and a dining table for six. Soak up the impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Güímar valley from the south-facing terrace. The outdoor dining table is the perfect place for a family meal or just a moment of peace to enjoy a book. Kitchen with brand new appliances and all the kitchen equipment you could possibly need to make home-cooked meals. There is a kitchen island with a bar where you can sit and enjoy a glass of Tenerife wine while the chef cooks up a storm. The kitchen door leads out to the swimming pool at the back of the villa. Outdoor swimming pool and patio with inviting atmosphere, native plants and choice of seating areas to spend a lot of time outdoors. The pool measures 6 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.8 to 0.5 meters. When you want a break from splashing in the pool, stretch out on one of the sun loungers or kick back on the sofa and chairs in the chill-out area under the bioclimatic pergola. In the main bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings. There is a door that leads to the swimming pool patio. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. There's a wooden bench for your things where you will find your towels upon arrival. The stylishly decorated second bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), bedside tables with individual lamps for reading in bed and wardrobes to hang your clothes and store your belongings. You can access the front terrace from the second bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is ideal for children with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The villa is situated in a tranquil neighborhood offering breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. With easy access to the TF-1 highway, you can easily explore all that the island has to offer. For water sports enthusiasts, the nearby village of Radazul is the perfect place to be. You can indulge in sailing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, SUP, jet skiing and more. Open-water swimming is also available 365 days a year in Radazul! La Nea beach, located just a short 3.5 km drive away, offers year-round ocean swimming. For the best experience, we recommend heading to the far left end of the beach where the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer, and the sun shines for longer in the evenings. Adjacent to the beach is Parque de Guadamojete, a vast park equipped with outdoor exercise equipment and ample space for walking. There is also a children's playground for little ones. In addition to several small supermarkets in the area, there are plenty of shopping options nearby. An 8-minute drive away, you'll find a Lidl, Mercadona, and Carrefour supermarket, along with a large shopping center featuring international brands.
