This cozy and vintage decorated apartment is located in the city center, only 400m away from the beach. It has a capacity for two people with 1 bedroom, kitchen and a bathroom. It provides Wi-Fi, lift, iron, TV, a cute small terrace where you can enjoy your meals and a fantastic communal swimming pool where you can create great memories!

Neighbourhood information

Characterized by its crystalline waters, Las Canteras Beach, is considered the main urban beach in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and one of the most important in the Canary Islands. It has been awarded with several national and international certificated, among them, the Q for Tourist Quality. Las Canteras Beach extends from the Alfredo Kraus Concert Hall, to La Puntilla. Along its 3 kilometers, you can enjoy different areas: La Cícer (a surfing and body board area), Peña La Vieja, Playa Chica, Playa Grande and La Puntilla (local fishermen's las spot and where you can find a wide range of gastronomic options). Located in the heart of the city, the beach is excellently connected to the rest of the city through the different bus stops and bus stations that are located a few meters from the area.
