Recently renovated, it is distributed in 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds), a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a small terrace and 2 complete bathrooms. It offers wifi and air conditioning. Urbanization with 2 swimming pools and garden areas. Building with elevator. An ideal accommodation option for a vacation by the sea.

ACCOMMODATION RULES: * One day before your arrival we will contact you by WhatsApp to confirm your arrival and delivery of keys * Upon arrival, a deposit will be charged by block on your credit card, which will be released within 7 days after your departure. * The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m., although depending on availability, the time could be brought forward if needed. * Upon departure, you must leave the accommodation in normal conditions of cleanliness, air conditioning units turned off, windows and doors closed, take inside the house and the garbage taken out. * Forbidden to accommodate more people than declared, make noise between 11pm and 10am or play loud music. * Failure to comply with these rules could imply supplements to be deducted from the deposit or the cancellation of the reservation.
